Flower

Full many a flower is born to blush unseen
And waste its sweetness in the desert air
Callous is the blazing sun, yet
Bravely sees off its murderous glare.

Blooms unscathed, untouched by fate
Nurtured by the sweet breeze's touch
Yet this climate, its petals come to hate
Only the flower does not mind it much.

Standing like a glorious warrior endeth a war
Triumphed victoriously fragrance prevails
Yet the granules, cannot its beauty ,mar
To this, impetuously the earth hails.

Scared not, unscathed by the coolness undone
Braves alone the harshness of its world
When dew drops shine, it shares its fun
Brings out its full beauty, petals unfurled.

Many summers pass by, Winters covered it aplenty
Spring nurtured it awhile, blessed by the Rain
Its time to pass has yet come near, dainty,
Gathers the remaining days ahead to gain.
This creation saw the luminiscent shades of youth
Enjoyed a quiet yet lush midsummers dream
When the Time draws near, it is uncouth
Paleness prevails, turns white like cream.
Great courage has it fought with before
Still fights but knows Nature's victory
I salute You ! O desert flower of lore
In your courage alone lies your glory.
You teach a lesson of great courage to all
Fight against all odds and at all times
Must you not flinch awhile or sway asunder , shall
Then courage be with you , so it chimes.
Now when its your time to be re-united ,lay amongst, with the earth
Covered fully in a white blanket of snow,
Great Nature ! Courage is but thy name- its Girth
May thousands like You, in your place, grow.

You....................................

You.. came into my Life one day
Bought colors in my life , that which is gray
You changed my world- turned it upside down
You.. with Your golden curls & eyes- light brown.

You tought me meaning of the word- joy,
You bought happiness in my life - o boy!
I had waited long, for this moment divine
To be lucky to be entrusted to her,the feminine.

You bought me luck and shared my sorrow
You were there always for me, no worry of t'morrow
You were my umbrella sheilding me from the rain
Whilst wid You, i was so happy, You were an antidote to pain.

You were there for me as no 1 else was,dear,
You let me know no grief or pain or fear
You were in me as much as I was in you
Frankly speaking, i was deeply in love with you.

Now I felt you even when you weren't around
In you, a strange joy , my heart found.
U were in my thoughts, swirling in and out
We were deeply connected- there was no doubt.

I was totally lost in you, from so deep within
I knew no difference between virtue or sin.
My heart bubbled full of love so pure.
I would gladly give myself up for you, I'm sure.

But then things dont remain the way we want them to be,
We were ripped forcibly apart, you and me.
Never to be together , not destined to live as one,
Life's sweetest memory now lay undone.

My dream of us two being together now lay shatterred,
And important things lay aside, it didn't matter
The broken shards of my dream now pierced my eyes
Life ,lost meaning,theres no truth -only lies.


Now my Life was handicapped, as i lay forsaken
My heart no longer mine as it was taken
For you, now my mind knew no longer how to think
Sleep evaded me, could no nothing just blink.

Life took its time to come close back to whats normal
Everything was hazy, things very much formal.
I recovered slowly , as if from a malicious disease
Finally I was getting together, piece by piece.

Now as I remenisce backwards about all that happened
Long ago, on you , my heart did sorely depend
Now i say, with a bandage on my injured heart
I managed to piece together all that had fallen apart.

The greatest pain of all ,that numbs with wicked panache,
Is that which is the uncommonly common heartache.
Give your heart, if you must, to someone you feel your own
And treasure their heart as how you would, like your own.
